Exchange policy
We want you to love your piece. If you need to exchange it, here is how it works.
Check your piece on delivery
- You can check the piece while the courier is there, for size and quality, before you accept it.
- If you choose not to accept the order, the delivery fee is still payable to the courier.
Size exchange
Allowed within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Style exchange
- Allowed within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The piece must be in its original condition with the labels still attached.
- Pieces with removed labels can’t be exchanged.
Exchange delivery costs
- If you received the wrong size or style, or the piece has a manufacturing defect, we’ll take care of the exchange and delivery entirely at our cost.
- For all other exchanges (such as a change of mind or choosing a different size), the standard delivery fee applies.
No returns
We don’t accept returns or refunds, but you can exchange under the terms above.
Requesting an exchange
Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, and our team will arrange the exchange.
